We are happy to post our beautiful jewellery to you worldwide, wherever you may be (see Delivery Times). However, please note
that depending on your own country's Laws and Regulations, you may be charged a customs fee, and any import duties, sales taxes or
other import costs incurred at the point of entry into the destination country, will be your responsibility as a customer.

Standard shipping may take up to 15 working days, and when using Express Mail Service you will be able to track your order via
International Recorded Delivery shipping may take longer, depending on your country's postal service.
All our parcels will be sent through Recorded Delivery, i.e. they will require a signature upon receipt.

Items available for sale online are generally available in stock, but if an item has just sold out we will notify you of this.
We will inform you by email of the delivery time (this may take up to 8 weeks when making a custom order).
We will not be liable for damage incurred to goods in transit or for non-delivery.
You are officially the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been dispatched to you.
If you are unhappy with your purchase or it is in some way faulty, please send your jewellery back UNWORN within 7 days.
We will offer you a refund or an exchange.
*Certain items can't be returned: For reasons concerning hygiene, we are unfortunately unable to accept earring returns.
Please make sure, when you return an item, that is unworn and in the same condition it was sent to you.
Please package it in its original jewellery box.
Make sure you secure the item appropriately in its box, and seal it in a padded envelope.
Include your receipt and contact details in the envelope.
Please use Recorded Delivery or another tracked service to return your item (postage costs for faulty items will be refunded).
Only regularly priced items may be refunded, items purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund.
