  • Please note that unfortunately it is not possible for us to guarantee delivery times as different countries may have different customs regulations, however you can always track your order at ems.posindonesia.co.id. All our parcels will be sent through Express Recorded Delivery, i.e. they will require a signature upon receipt.
  • Please note that depending on your own country’s Laws and Regulations, you may be charged a customs fee. Any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs incurred at the point of entry into the destination country, will be your responsibility as a customer.
  • Items available for sale online are generally available in stock, and will be shipped to you within 3 WORKING DAYS. If however, an item has just sold out, we will notify you of this and let you know how long it will take for your order to be produced. We will also inform you by email of the delivery time (note that this may take up to 8 weeks when making a custom order).
  • We will not be liable for damage incurred to goods in transit or for non-delivery, as you are officially the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been dispatched to you.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase, or it is in some way faulty, please notify us and send us your jewellery back UNWORN within 7 days. We will be happy to offer you a refund or an exchange within a further 7 days of receiving the return and you be notified by email once a refund has been completed.

*Certain items can’t be returned: Items purchased on SALE are non exchangeable or refundable.  For reasons concerning hygiene, we are unfortunately also unable to accept earring returns.

Please make sure, when you return an item, that is unworn and in the same condition it was sent to you. Please package it in its original jewellery box, and make sure you secure the item appropriately and seal it in a padded envelope. Include your receipt and contact details in the envelope. Please use Recorded Delivery or another tracked service to return your item (postage costs for faulty items will be refunded).
